Status: Pre-Deployment – 18th October Onwards

I will be overseeing the deployment of Activate Locate CivPop in Bournemouth, establishing the foundation of the Community Support Network (CSN).

This rollout forms the backbone of Activate Locate’s Next-Gen Neighbourhood Watch — enabling discreet communication and rapid support between users, communities, and responders, ensuring help is always within reach without compromise to trust or privacy.

We will also be inviting veterans, active and retired service personnel, first responders, cadets, scouts, guides, and faith-based groups to join as first-movers with upgrades from CivPop into the Asset and Black Tiers — strengthening the CSN with trusted, mission-ready members from day one.

Our mission is clear: we will counter the threat of bad actors, whether extremist, criminal, or violent — ensuring communities remain protected, resilient, and ready.

The CSN and Fusion Cells stand as a stay-behind network — built to deny adversaries freedom of movement and initiative.
