Human Security Sentinels (HMS) are the frontline coordinators of Activate Locate’s local operations. Appointed as franchise leads, HMS units manage safety networks, oversee community activation, and maintain operational readiness within their zone. Candidates with strong local influence, leadership experience, or trusted community networks may be considered for this classified role.
